How We Manufacture 30ft Containers

Because 30ft units are not standard ISO sizes, we create them in-house by modifying 40ft containers. The process includes:

Cutting down a 40ft shipping container to 30ft length
Removing and re-welding the doors and corner posts
Fully seam-welding all joins for strength and security

Finishing with lockable, weather-sealed doors for safe access
